The Bazzaz Z-FI Fuel controller is
a plug and play unit that
piggy-backs onto the stock ECU. Each unit features an application
specific harness that with OEM connectors for easy installation. On
dual injector models it plugs into both upper and lower injectors.
Includes CD ROM software, USB cable and instructions. Optional Z-AFM
allows for closed loop tuning. Z-AFM closed loop tuning kit
The optional Z-AFM kit includes
wideband sensor and Z-AFM module that plugs into the Z-FI module.
This does not automatically tune your bike, it collects data
while the user rides the bike on the track or on a dynamometer and
can later be viewed and applied to your fuel map with the Z-FI
software. The Z-FI software automatically calculates the required
fuel adjustment at each RPM and Throttle Position to reach user
defined target air fuel ratios and you can accept and apply these
changes or clear them. We also offer a package deal for

The Z-Fi QS has all of the features of the Z-FI and also employs race proven technology for clutch-less up shifting. It has user adjustable gear specific kill times allowing for optimal shifting in all gears. The kit comes complete with control unit, harnessing, shift switch, and adapter rod. The Z-FI QS can be ordered in standard or Gp (reverse) shifting, and additional sensors are also available separately if needed.
Z-FI Traction Control
The Z-Fi Traction Control has all of the features as the Z-Fi QS with the addition of user adjustable traction control. The Z-Fi TC brings traction control technology from the highest levels of professional racing. The Z-Fi TC does not require any additional sensors to be mounted to the bike, and is fully legal for AMA Super Sport and Super Stock competition. Traction control is easily adjusted by Throttle Position, RPM, and Gear to suit any condition. Adjustments on the fly can be made with an optional TC adjust switch.
