The Fuel Moto 107" Big Bore is a complete kit with the absolute highest quality components, all of which have been extensively tested in house both on the dyno as well as in real world conditions to deliver top level performance. This kit works on all 2007-Current Twin cam 96" and 103" motors and delivers absolute top level performance and reliability. Our Fuel Moto 107" kit works with stock cylinder heads and valve train, or if you are looking for the next level of performance complement your build with our Fuel Moto Level B cylinder head porting service. For all out performance Fuel Moto offers the complete 107 Outlaw kit which is higher compression and includes FM Outlaw cylinder heads, bolt on as much as 125Hp when used with the proper components and tuning.

Custom Fuel Moto / CP Carillo Forged Pistons

These custom forged pistons from CP Carillo are available in three compression ratios: 10.25:1, 10.50:1, and 10.75:1 depending on your needs. Outlaw kits use a special 11.0:1 piston for use with FM Outlaw heads. We also offer custom dome machining to fit your needs for a custom build. The ring end gap is already set and are simply ready to be installed.



Fuel Moto Extreme Duty Cylinders

Your choice: Precision bored OEM cylinders or Fuel Moto Extreme Duty Cylinders (add $299)

The standard 107" kit requires you to send us your OEM cylinders where they will be serviced and returned back to you with the big bore kit. If you were looking for a quicker turnaround we also offer a core exchange program for OEM cylinders. If you are looking for an upgraded cylinder we also offer the Fuel Moto Extreme Duty Cylinders for $299 with no need to send Fuel Moto your OEM cylinders. The cylinders are a core component for reliability for any big bore kit and we offer the very best with the Extreme Duty Cylinders. These cylinders are designed for maximum durability and top level performance which feature a centrifugally cast ductile iron sleeve and are 100% made in the USA.

Description: The Level B CNC Cylinder Head porting service is our premium street performance head. It was developed over hundreds of dyno runs with a wide range of components for the best overall performance gains. This service makes exceptionally broad torque along with high RPM horsepower and allows for use of increased compression and a wider selection of camshafts with the 110" big bore kit.

Description: The Fuel Moto / AIM variable pressure clutch is the most cost effective and powerful kit available to upgrade your H-D stock clutch to handle the added power of the Fuel Moto big bore kit. Developed by Fuel Moto with a specific weight combination to suit our engine packages this clutch will support up to 130 horsepower / torque with the OEM spring and up to 150 horsepower / torque with the optional heavy duty spring all with up to 7% reduction in clutch lever effort.

Manual Compression Releases

Manual Compression Releases 

Description: When building your engine up from a 96ci your cylinder heads are not equipped with any sort of compression release. With the increased compression in a big bore kit it is highly recommended to have us install a set of manual compression releases. These simple push-button releases will prevent any excess wear to your motorcycle. Manual compression releases are not required when building your engine up from a 103ci engine as your cylinder heads are already equipped with compression releases.

 

Description: If your motorcycle is not currently equipped with an oil cooler or you are simply not satisfied with the stock oil cooler's performance the addition of a Jagg oil cooler certainly makes a difference. There are several options to choose from such as a basic slim line oil cooler all the way up to a fan assisted oil cooler which utilizes a fan to pull air across the oil cooler when your motorcycle is not in motion.
